AGRI4ZERO Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (P.S.A.) was incorporatedon June 6, 2024. The company’s headquarters are located at 227B Aleja Warszawska in the Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park. The company is comprised of a team of specialists who provide a full range of specialized expertise essential to achieving the company’s goals.
Why a simple joint-stock company?
A Simple Joint-Stock Company is a modern form of business organization introduced into the Polish legal system in July 2021. Its main advantages include low share capital, simplified registration and management procedures, and a flexible organizational structure. These features make it attractive to startups and technology companies like ours.
Our Mission
AGRI4ZERO P.S.A. was established to develop and implement innovative and user-friendly solutions for precision agriculture. Our flagship project is the Planter System —an advanced IoT system that supports crop optimization by monitoring key environmental parameters and automating the work of people and equipment.

The registration of AGRI4ZERO P.S.A. opens up new opportunities for us to collaborate with business partners and secure national and European funding for further technological development. In the near future, we plan to intensify our research and development efforts and expand our product line with additional innovative solutions supporting modern precision agriculture.
