InCredibles Finale: „In a room full of algorithms — be human”

We have completed our participation in the 9th edition of Sebastian Kulczyk’s InCredibles program

After winning the MeetUp Day competition with InCredibles in 2025, we received an invitation to participate in Sebastian Kulczyk’s InCredibles mentoring program. Over the following months, we were able to discuss our project with mentors, business professionals, and individuals who are navigating the process of building tech companies from concept to scaling.

The program concluded on April 21, 2026, at the Teatr Nowy in Warsaw with the InCredible Summit 2026 event. The event brought together founders, investors, representatives of VC funds, mentors, and the startup community. A covered house, several hundred people.

Planter on the Elevator Pitch stage

The highlight of the event was the Elevator Pitch session, during which 10 startups from the 9th edition of InCredibles presented their projects to representatives of venture capital funds and investor organizations. Among them was our team with the Planter System project.

On stage, we talked about what we’re working on: a crop monitoring system that combines sensors, environmental data, wireless communication, and ease of use.

Technology is important, but people remain the most important factor

The slogan of this year’s InCredible Summit , “In a room full of algorithms—be human,” perfectly captures the approach behind building Planter.

We work with technology, sensors, algorithms, and data, and at the end of this process comes the human: the grower, the gardener, the farm owner, the person responsible for the daily care of plants—anyone who wants to work with plants in a mindful way. It is for these people that we are creating a system that helps them better understand the needs of plants.

What did the InCredibles program give us?

Participating in the program was an opportunity for us to look at the Planter System from different perspectives. When working on technology, it’s easy to focus on devices, sensors, communication, or the app. The InCredibles program helped us return to the fundamental questions:

  • Why are we creating this product?
  • Who exactly are we building it for?
  • What value is it meant to bring to users?
  • How can we talk about the technology in a simple, understandable, and concrete way?

Thank you!

We would like to thank the organizers, mentors, experts, and everyone we’ve had the opportunity to speak with over the past few months. We’d also like to thank you for the opportunity to present the Planter System at the InCredible Summit. In particular, we’d like to thank Jarosław Sroka, who trusted us, invited us, and accepted the format of our presentation.

We’re getting back to work on the product, testing, and technology development.

The next stage lies ahead: refining the Planter System so that every future user can launch it smoothly and effortlessly.

See you soon!
